Support for those looking for employment
Connect to Work is a free and flexible employment support programme for residents across Essex, Southend‑on‑Sea and Thurrock who are out of work or struggling to stay employed. It provides one‑to‑one personalised support, training opportunities, help with job searching and applications, and wellbeing guidance to help people move confidently toward meaningful employment.
SKILLS BOOTCAMPS
16 week sector-specific courses
Skills Bootcamps are free, flexible courses of up to 16 weeks designed to help adults in Essex gain sector‑specific, job‑ready skills, with the added benefit of an interview with an employer once the course is completed.
