He joined the Construction Skills Bootcamp, delivered by STC Group. The Bootcamp supports learners to refresh existing trade skills while developing new, practical abilities aligned to real workplace needs. Designed to prepare individuals for roles such as multi-trade operatives, the course focuses on building confidence and hands-on experience that can lead directly into employment.
