Who’s it for?
Essex Working Well is for all Essex‑based workplaces (excluding Southend-on-Sea and Thurrock) that want to improve staff health, wellbeing, morale, and productivity through free support, training, and wellbeing programmes.
What is it?
A free workplace health and wellbeing service, part of the Essex Wellbeing Service, offering organisations access to programmes such as the Working Well Accreditation, Mental Health Aware training, Small Business Workplace Wellbeing Awards, and onsite health and wellbeing services.
What’s required?
Businesses simply sign up for one or more programmes - there’s no cost to participate - and are asked to engage with the wellbeing support and training provided. Each programme is flexible, and organisations can choose the level of involvement that suits their needs, supported by Working Well specialists.
How does it work?
Workplaces register their interest online, and the Essex Working Well team connects them to the right programme based on their goals. Once enrolled, organisations receive ongoing support, training opportunities, health checks, wellbeing sessions, and access to resources and specialist guidance to help them build a healthier, more supportive workplace.
