What is it?
Flexible training programmes and apprenticeships designed to help employers build skilled, motivated teams. ACL’s sector‑specific courses and accredited programmes support productivity, performance and long‑term business growth.
What’s required?
Employers simply need to enquire or book a call to discuss their workforce needs. ACL Essex handles the rest from identifying suitable programmes to supporting recruitment if needed with training delivered flexibly to minimise disruption to business operations.
How does it work?
Employers choose the training or apprenticeship areas they want to develop, and ACL Essex tailors a funded programme to suit their goals. Courses are delivered flexibly (including online, blended, and workplace based learning), ensuring staff can upskill while continuing their roles. Throughout the process, ACL Essex provides guidance, curriculum delivery, progress support, and ongoing partnership to ensure skills are embedded effectively in the workplace.
